Any product that does not function properly will be attended to immediately. If the product is unable be repaired and returned prior to a scheduled event, a temporary replacement will be sent until the product is repaired and returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and we have not been able to satisfy your complaint, we will buy the product back from you.
